Installing it

This is not the Play Store, so Android asks a couple of questions it would not otherwise. Both are expected, and neither means anything is wrong.

1. Tap Download. Your browser may warn that this kind of file can harm your device — it says that about every APK. Choose to keep it.
2. Open the file, from the browser's downloads or your Files app.
3. Android will ask whether that app may install other apps. The permission is off by default and is what makes the Install button appear.
4. Installing over an older version keeps you signed in and keeps everything you have saved.

The app checks for updates itself and offers them when there is one, so this page is mostly for the first install.
